HOW DO I KNOW WHICH TRIP IS RIGHT FOR ME?

Our trips are designed with you in mind. After you complete the booking form we will schedule a consultation with you, that will ensure that we understand all of your travel needs and desires. We do our best to ensure that each traveler is part of the planning process prior to the final booking.

HOW DO I FIND OUT ABOUT TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS?

While The Girls Who Fly provides a brief summary of documents you will need to travel with during your trip. It is the responsibility of the traveler to contact each individual agency after booking to ensure that he/she knows exactly what documents etc. are needed to travel.

DO I NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE?

While not required we heavily encourage all travelers to purchase travel insurance that protects their trip. Please note that The Girl Who Fly nor any of their employees and/or contractors are NOT responsible for canceled trips by any of our partner sites. While we will do our best to ensure that trip occurs as plan, we cannot prevent unforeseen events. We heavily advise that you invest in insurance to protect your trip from unforeseen events.

HOW LONG AFTER RECEIVING THE INITIAL BOOKING ESTIMATE DO I HAVE TO MAKE THE FINAL PAYMENT AND SECURE BOOKINGS.

You will have 24 hours from the time the booking is reserved to make the final payments without penalty or risk of the price increase. After booking is made you will again have 24 hours to check all reservations to ensure against any unintentional errors. After 24 hours you will need to be required to pay an additional service fee plus any third-party fees.

HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND?

Please note that the service fees assessed to each booking are non-refundable. However, if you do need to cancel your trip and you do not have travel insurance The Girls Who Fly will work with you and the third-party booking services to request a refund. Please note that any party requesting a cancelation will also be charged a cancelation service fee plus any third-party cancellation fees. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance in the event that your trip is canceled.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE

The Girls Who Fly is a "no tolerance" company. We reserve the right to refuse or stop service at any time to anyone for any legitimate reason that breaks any of our service agreements. We do not tolerate disrespect and will end the booking process immediately if we believe that a violation has occurred. In the event that services are ended prior to a completed booking, we will not issue a refund for any services rendered whether completed or started.
